After removing my Slide and Hide oven door to clean, I was unable to replace it as the mechanism slipped. Allen came out the same day and it took him no time at all. I am very happy with the service.
Allen and the team did a great job repairing my fridge freezer. They arrive on time and I like the text reminder service that lets you know when they are coming. The part replaced initially didn't work, but Allen arranged a follow up call and sorted the issue. That's the mark of great service, sorting things out quickly when they don't go to plan.
